What are the teeth made of?

Secure Smile is a very thin, acrylic shell that covers over your original upper teeth and gums. The teeth are designed so that you can use a nail file to file the back of the shell down to the proper thickness you enjoy.
How realistic do the teeth look?

The Secure Smile Teeth look very realistic. We have buyers that purchase these for wedding photos and everyday use. The teeth are natural in color, not fake white and have a slight translucent appearance like that of real teeth enamel. The gums are natural in color as well.

How do I fit the teeth?

Using the one pack of thermal beads included (or denture creams) and a cup of hot water, you’ll use the beads and teeth to mold them over your current teeth. The process takes between 5-10 minutes. Free videos are available online to help you. We offer fitting videos online to show you the fitting process. Click here for the fitting videos.
What are thermal fitting beads?

The thermal beads are little beads that are melted in hot water to help form the the Secure Smile over your current teeth. One pack is included with the teeth but more packs are available for purchase. If you find your missing a few teeth, we advise you order an extra pack or two of fitting beads.
What is the denture adhesive you have available?

Many buyers are finding success completing the fitting process with our world popular denture adhesive, Secure. The product itself is actually quite amazing and easier to use than the beads. The patented non water-soluble denture adhesive does not leak into your stomach like others on the market and does not have any taste! We have a tube of adhesive available (click here) as well as a 1/2 tube.
Can the teeth be used more than once?

Once fitted properly, the teeth can be used over and over without having to refit them everytime you need to use them.
Can I use the teeth to eat and drink?

Although the Secure Smile is not a denture and you should not eat, drink or sleep with the device in, many customers have reported doing so.
How long will the teeth last?

The teeth, if properly taken care of and stored in a safe place after using will provide years of enjoyment. Cases are available at the time of purchase for storing the teeth.
How do you clean the Secure Smile?

To clean the Secure Smile Teeth you can use a toothbrush and regular nonabrasive toothpaste. Avoid using mouthwash as it will stain the shell. Use caution as the shell is fragile.
Do you have bottoms teeth available?

Can I wear the Secure Smile if I have caps/crowns/braces?

You can only wear the device with caps, crowns or braces if you use denture strips or denture adhesive. You can not use the included plastic beads as this may cause damage to your dental work.
Can children use the teeth?

No, unfortunately the teeth are designed for average size male and female adult mouths.
How do I know what size to get?

Currently we only sell one size available and it is one size fits most. We find that this size works well for our buyers.
What is your return policy?

We guarantee your satisfaction! If your not happy with your purchase, please email sales@securesmileteeth.com for assistance.

We accept returns as stated below within 30 days of confirmed delivery. If ordering uppers and lowers at the same time, you understand that you have been advised to not order and wear both devices at the same time and returns will not be allowed.

For single device returns that are sent back 100% new, a $10.00 restocking fee will be deducted for return & processing fees. Any items returned that are opened or used will have a $15.00 restocking fee deducted from the item price. With all refunds, original shipping and handling, rush handling fees and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer quicker/expedited shipping?

We understand that you would like to receive the product very quickly. Place your order by 3 PM Eastern Time and select the rush handling option ($3.97) extra to have your order shipped the same day, note it is not overnight shipping, the $3.97 fee is to guarantee your order will SHIP the same day. Overnight delivery is available to some US zip codes. Please contact customer service at 800-421-1024 ext 2, to see if overnight delivery is available for you.

How much is shipping & handling?

For USA customers, there are two S&H options. $9.98 for First Class Mail (7-10 business days) or $14.98 for Priority Mail (3-4 business days).
For Canada and all other countries, S&H is $19.98 via USPS First Class Mail (20+ business days). Please note international customers may be required to pay a VAT or delivery fee on delivery.
When will my order ship?

The lower device plus all accessories will leave our warehouse within 24-48 business hours, Monday-Friday. If you order the upper device, it will ship within four to five weeks from the order date. For guaranteed same day shipment, select the rush handling shipping option. Note, this option is not overnight shipping however means your order will ship the same business day if you order before 3 PM Eastern time.
